DELIVERY

  1. Delivery location

At the moment, the products sold at our website is available for delivery in Male’ and Hulhumale’ only.

  1. Delivery charges

Our delivery charges are as follows for both Male’ and Hulhumale’.

  • For orders above MVR 499 – Free
  • For orders below MVR 499 – MVR 25.

Free pick up service is available from our stores and warehouses in Male’ and Hulhumale’.

 

  1. General Information

All orders are subject to availability of products. If an item is out of the stock at the time of placing the order, we will inform you and refund the overall amount of your order using the default payment method.

  1. Payment methods

Currently we accept only Easy-Pay online card payment method and payments by Direct Bank Transfer & ATM transfer. We accept Cash payment while picking up from our Warehouse.

All transactions are made in MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa).

For all orders, the estimated delivery time is up to 2 days (excluding holidays).

Delivery times are only to be used as a reference and are subject to your order being accepted and authorized.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will make every effort to complete your order within 2 working days of your order date.

Data Protection

Ranfaun uses encryption to protect your data all the time you use the transaction site. Bank of Maldives payment gateway is a third-party system that encrypts all customer-to-Ranfaun data sent.
