RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Returns / Refunds

We accept returns for defects, damaged and defective products within 24 hours of the delivery. Any returned goods will not be accepted if they show any obvious signs of use or are not in the condition in which they were delivered. You can choose whether to return, repair, replace or refund the goods if you receive faulty products. Refunds for BML credit & debit card transactions will be issued within 10 working days & Direct Bank Transfers will be issued within 2 working days.

2. Return Conditions

Please ensure that you maintain all original packaging when returning the product, including outer packaging. If the item received is defective, immediately bring it to the distribution staff’s attention.

Please send an email to [email protected] or contact 7500003 to request a refund and be sure to include a descriptive summary of the products you would like to return, the original invoice number and the reason for your decision to return. Without an original invoice or delivery note, we cannot accept returns, so ensure to contact us before returning anything.

Except for the return delivery of Male’ & Hulhumale’ (transportation costs) charges to be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellations

  • If you want to cancel your order after it has been issued, please contact us with your order number immediately.
  • Pre-orders can only be cancelled within the first 6 hours after the confirmation. The order cannot be cancelled otherwise.
  • In case you have paid by credit or debit card, it is possible to deduct the fees charged by the credit card service provider company for using this payment method from the refund. If you have paid by card, all refunds will be credited to your account.
  • If you have received a faulty, incorrect object, missing item(s), we will proceed with replacement, refund or repair as soon as possible, if necessary, at no charge.
